  4.  @sirteppe  I'm sure you'll succed if you put in the work. Creating The Open University was about the only unarguably positive thing achieved by a Labour government in the UK. It still exists but later higher education policies of the last ten to fifteen years have ruined it somewhat.

  10. Victor Davis Hanson is a very chauvinist historian as far as some of his conclusions; but he put in the work and you can therefore correct for that from the texts, notes, and bibliography.
