  4. Unfortunately, crimes committed by Brazilians living in Japan are really common and heinous. It is also unfortunate that in Oizumi-machi, Gunma Prefecture, where there are many Brazilian immigrants, the percentage of Brazilians (a small number compared to Japanese) receiving welfare benefits is higher than that of Japanese living there. This is not a post due to discrimination, but a fact. If you don't believe me, I will post a link to the website where the data is available.

  8. It is hard to tell because the level of security is vague, but it is natural that crime rates vary from region to region. If it were perfectly safe, there would be no need for police, prisons, or courts. In reality, however, petty crimes occur even in Iceland and Switzerland, which are considered safe around the world.
