For many foreign men, all they need is a one-night stand with a Japanese woman to get a date with them, and if they are really attractive, they would have a partner in their home country. There are only a few Japanese women who are fluent in some foreign language, including English.

  3. It is unclear because the goals of the women interviewed are not clear, but isn't marriage the goal of dating? Conditions such as height, gentleness, and comfort with others are only the first gateway to finding the right partner. Do all foreign men who moved to Japan because they were fed up with their home country have such requirements as being fluent in Japanese, respecting the Japanese national character, and making an effort to integrate into Japanese society?
