A little culture shock must be a pleasant stimulus for a short stay in a foreign country, such as a trip, but for a longer stay or migration it is painful.
For foreigners, especially Westerners, there should be no small number of opportunities to encounter unpleasant experiences in Japan, where the distance from their home country is great and the culture is very different, but why is it that they do not accept such aspects from the perspective of diversity, which is their strong point?
As a Japanese, I am saddened because some of them treat Japan as if it were a country where inconvenient, unpleasant, insane, racist and xenophobic exhibitions are conducted all year round, collecting all the inconveniences, unpleasantness, insanity, racism and xenophobia in the world.
