  1. The only action that is likely to change the situation is the one suggested by Macron. But none of his other western counterparts is willing to go ahead with this proposal. They are really scared of fighting Russia. And this weakness of the west has established more definitively. Therefore Ukraine’s fate is sealed. It is now a matter of time when Ukraine falls.
