  2. None of his conclusions are clear. What if Hussein were still in power? If os, what if N. Korea gave him nuclear plans? What would he have done about Iran? This popular "Iraq was dumb" is sloppy. Also, that China, Russia et al. cite Iraq as precedent for Ukraine is laughable. We idd not seek to own Iraq or make it a part of the US. Am surprised at how foolish Bremmer can be sometimes.

  3. No it doesn't. Russia is trying to subsume Ukraine into Russia. And US foreign policy is hardly imperialistic. Cliches do not make for solid analysis.
