  1. I'm afraid this sounds like a feel-good virtue signaling project. First, cut the "inequality" stuff. Inequality is inherent in life across all cultures. Second, all evidence is that internet access is not only abused, but is harmful to those. who lack discipline and education -- most people. There are exceptions -- need for healthcare workers and academics to have access to information in their fields, and surely other areas. But to pretend that the internet has made the world better, in large, is a baseless notion.
