  1. For a smart guy you don't seem to understand the court's function, or the law. Courts don't make policy. So they are not against abortion necessarily. The sole issue is whether the Constitution is relevant to it and if not, its up to the democratic process. Two major points: first the job of the court is not to be popular. Were that so, you wouldn't have Brown v. Board or Obergefell. What most Americans this is irrelevant. Second, people in a panic are in that state because they fear their ability to persuade other voters, through the democratic process, to their side. I think this presentation is a major disservice to a publxi that is already totally oblivioud to the court's role in a democratic process.

  3. Also, the drivel about "womens' rights to control their bodies" is ridiculous. You control your body when you decide with whom you have sex, and you control your body by using birth control. Al birth control is safer and cheaper than an abortion.
