@forestpagan4813 By your logic, there would be no telephone without Alexander Bell, which is silly to anyone who knows the history. Of course, it’s a common union trope because if you have a terrible institution, it’s best to cover it up with noise and nonsense. Most unions are just parasitic organizations that further exploit workers. The idea that young people working at a Starbucks couldn’t simply walk down the street and get another job is ridiculous. Unionizing will likely kill Starbucks. No big loss, and karmic justice for authoritarian Shultz.
