  1. remember how compulsory European history in secondary school was, for most of us, essentially memorizing one battle and one war after another, thousands of slaughters, hundreds of wars? the home of racism, colonialism, world wars, fascism, and industrial genocide is currently acting to form---in spite of great Unions and Federations---unable and likely unwilling to keep its apparantly congenital, millennia-long bloodlust against neighbors in check. simply watch long enough and 300 thousand Ukrainian corpses will seem like the good old days.
