  4.  @MaheshKumar-mf9rw  becoz in recent years there are plenty of contracts signed by lot of countries during g20 majority of them stay in paper. also eu has said lot of infrastructure development for africa to counter China's belt and road and climate change funds for africa,till now it never delivered Also geopolitics involved in this matter iran and pak will never accept anything organised by usab and india respectively,as both islamic Nations are not a industrial countries.
