The best comparison is with HK, a small country with no natural resources who is dependent on trade and services for survival. Their house ownership is 49.8 while we are at 91. A 40sqm flat will cost $1.28 million while our 4rm at 98sqm costs...?? $400k to $500k? So we are short changed and lives are bad?
