  6.  @navdeepsugandhi6476  1. Father was posted in Eastern UP/BH border in the late 90's. Worst 18 months of our lives as he was escaping abduction every single day. This while he was a high ranking official from the central govt. So yes we experienced it first hand and have enough contacts to ascertain if there is an improvement in the state. 2. Please see the state GDP numbers since the 80's. GJ was always a business oriented state but it is second only to my state KA in terms of growth and fourth in terms of consistency after MH, TN, and KA(beats AP due to bifurcation). Add qualitative assessment on what the state trades in today compared to past(Exim vs manufacturing), logistical growth and number of high end job opportunities and it becomes apparent.

  9.  @navdeepsugandhi6476  fair but he also brings a track record of setting up systems of governance, enforcement mechanisms and strong executive/technical delegation. India needs such leaders till we reach 10-15k per capita.
