Ideal solution was for the Muslim community to hand over the sites, Hindus would have in turn restored the mosque. Since there is no attempt for reconciliation from the aggressor, we will see more court cases, fights and takeovers. This is not a recommendation, its an observation.

@UttamKumar01 I want to have a conversation on following things 1. Temple movements, economy and sanitation are not competing interests. You can walk, chew gum and listen to music simultaneously. There are several countries that have concurrent streams of activities. 2. I think you either underestimate or misjudge the movement as a political one. This is social. There are plenty of non religious non practicing folk like me who want the temple to be there. 3. There is no moral case for the mosque to be there. Is it a sacred site for the Muslims? Do we have Arabs and Persians flying in to visit this place? It's clear who it is more important to. 4. Yet another fallacious argument is that of a slippery slope of history. If there are Jain claims to the temple, we can co own and run temples alongside as is evident at other places. If the argument is about impossibility of correcting history, no one is asking for that, they are only asking to address the lack of access to one of Hinduism's holiest sites today. There are people alive who's ability to practice is impeded by the capture.

@amatrasen6086 as a fellow atheist, I share that very experience as a 5-6 yr old child going numb when I saw the structure. This is for someone who does not go to temples unless dragged by family. People forget there is a cultural and community aspect to the places. Frankly speaking, People are underestimating demogography like ours. They think that this movement is North Indian upper casteI( I am from Karnataka) political mobilisation when it is a social one.
