  2. As an economist let me assure you that leadership is different from administration. An uneducated but skilled administrator is better than an educated expert. Indians don't learn to distinguish between the two.

  4. Swamy's policies are too bitter for an electorate that thinks politics is the act of demanding sweets. Plus there are aspects of his policy that don't work.
