I hate the terms 'racialised' & 'minoritised' as it builds in the negative slant that sonething has been 'done to' those people, but actually our race, ethnicity, culture is something natural and innate. It's the same insidious word play of 'assigned gender at birth', implying that humans (well, the 'white cis-het establishment') are all powerful, & that nature & reality dont exist
