  1. Management needs to join with workersas they unionize. Its not just about the hourly workers, but management needs to be allowed in to unions as well. So many managers are just "promoted workers" who have health issues, family, and are people too. As a steward, its hard to see managers not be able to bargain with the workers but CEOs and regional directors are acting like the salary given is more than enough compensation for all of the manager-employees' time.
