Hey History Legends just a Correction the T90M are not "200 now" but "200 since the start of the conflict" I saw that news and took it at face value but some discussion with a Pro Ukranian guy (I try to be neutral) made me Check and could be wrong here but according to Deepl translatot the "200 since the start of the conflict" seens more likely, also its not "unimpressive" as far I know they started delivery at most 5 months ago Edit - heres the translation: "The Russian army has received new T-90M "Breakthrough" tanks. yes, the Tank is a T-55 with a upgrade, but its not a good one.

@mrmakhno3030 the L7 still a good gun, I dunno what you are on about, yes undermatched when compared yo the 120/44 calibers but its not like its a 90mm or smaller gun by NATO, also I doubt the part of Thermals on most Soviet builds

@comradeblin256 that is wrong if you remove the turret ammo the Caroussel on the botton of the Tank which is harder to hit, makes it safer

@mrmakhno3030 no, T72A wont be good against latest penetrators made by NATO for 105s, t-72B wont be toyched even without ERA, but T72A at most gets Kontak-1

@theprinceofcrows8691 honestly I was thinking about it but the M55 is better than T64 90% of time because it has more modern ammo, from what I know Ukraine cannot make the Tungsten cored ammo, meanwhile NATO can.

@theprinceofcrows8691 but now consider that the L7 for Ukraine actually has the possibility of using Tungsten or even if anyone makes it, DU rounds... which is something I doubt Ukraine can do for its Soviet Tanks

@theprinceofcrows8691 No, this is an Earlier version of the 105 ammo (Namely the first APFSDS round made by NATO from captured T-62 ammo the Israeli got) against an earlier T-72, aka T-72 Ural, not T-72B which has much better armor. (I know because I saw this video before and I was sure this was the video even with out clicking it), but that is not even my point. My point is that Ukraine doesn't seens to be able to produce Tungstem ammo for its tanks, meaning that ironically as it may sound an older, smaller gun, with proper Ammo beacuse various NATO nations that ca be supplying them, have better, is more deadlier against tanks than the Ukranian tanks gun, when they don't have the newer ammo.
