Stormtrooper Only Xi claimed it to be a private conversation... Trudeau made very clear that it wasn't and isn't going to be. Western nations don't hold secret meetings like dictators do.

Now that's exactly how Western leaders should deal with the Chinese dictator's rant... listen then "stand your ground" and say NO politically!!! The fact that Xi stormed away upset confirms exactly that Trudeau made the right move!

@5diamond Independent Western media also states that there is no freedom in China to express displeasure against the dictator... they reminded us how Iraq and North Korea also claimed over 90% approval ratings in those countries as well... I guess you missed those part of the story as well. And let me educate you... Hitler was NOT elected Chancellor of Germany. In fact, he actually lost the election. He took power... just like Xi!! I suggest you actually learn history! No democracy in the US... yup, you're talking about your rear.

@yurichtube1162 As I said... I personally never like Trudeau... but obviously he didn't believe the conversation he had with Xi was some secret meeting nor did Xi claim it was supposed to be. Western leaders are not like China and Russia where they say one thing to the public but do something else in reality. Representing your people in the West means informing them of discussions they have with foreign leaders and Trudeau made it clear his meeting with Xi was not some secret private meeting... "school girl" nonsense isn't for Western leaders... nor is under-handed and lying policies that we see from China!
