The Minsk agreement called for heavy weapons like artillery to be moved back but Russia's proxy army in the Donbass region kept shelling Ukraine!!! Is this just yet another case where Russia and China can sign agreement but only the other side needs to adhere to it? And finally, you do realize that if Russia lived up to the Budapest Memorandum which came LONG BEFORE the Minsk agreement... there would have never been a need for a Minsk agreement... but like the Minsk agreement, Russia signs an agreement but fails to live up to the terms and supporters of tyrants fail to remember these little things!

Evidence of this is overwhelming! Plus, you're ignoring that Russia signed the Budapest memorandum and while Ukraine did their part by handing over their nuclear weapons... Russia still invaded and annexed territory! Why do you keep ignoring these facts?
