  1. Come on, you're making the case for Net Neutrality. The consumer protections you're citing as the main Government objections over these Mergers are all eliminated under Net Neutrality. The Government, FCC, could reinstate Net Neutrality tomorrow and the Antitrust, consumer protections concerns disappear overnight.
