It's obvious Trump doesn't understand how legislation works, He wants a comprehensive Tax Reform Bill through the House by Thanksgiving? And through the Senate by the end of the year? This Tax Bill will only be debated in the House by the end of the year and you can forget about this tax Bill making it to the Senate by the first term of the 2018 session.
