This happens in every city. This is one of the first times that it has been exposed to this level. The reason why these cities work hand and hand with real estate developers is because of a Republican-backed 2005 Supreme Court lawsuit and Ruling: Kelo v. City of New London. That lawsuit allowed Cities to use (Eminent Domain) not for public use (schools, public buildings, or roads) but claim neighborhoods are blighted and can be turned over to private real estate developers for their profit. Cities, especially in the South, target Black neighborhoods with this 2005 SCOTUS Eminent Domain ruling. This Breonna Taylor story is about Murder through Greed.

Gannon Moseley Lovely Manifesto, Ted Kaczynski would be proud. Land that I consider black? Where are you getting that from? When did I claim they were black. Anyone can live there, they are simply predominantly black neighborhoods. That is the distinction. There aren't any restrictions as to who can live there. Secondly, what do LBJ, Bill Clinton, Obama, and Kennedy have to do with anything? Talk about tortured logic. And lately, it may have been the Democrats that carried the confederate flag in the 40 and 50s but it's the Republicans like Trent Lott and Newt Gingrich that ran campaigns to try and keep the confederate flag as part of the state flags of Georgia, South Carolina, and Mississippi. And if you don't know the southern special interest group The Sons and Daughters of Confederate Soldiers are all Republican. They print it on their License Plates. Everyone in the South knows that. You might want to pick up a book sometime.

Gannon Moseley That's what they call themselves, The Sons And Daughters of Confederate Soldiers, and that's the group Trump defends because they are a Republican Voting Block in the South. Land development? What are you babbling about? This is your comment... "Clinton killed Quadafi, Obamer killed the Taliban, LBJ killed Viet Cong and Kennedy tried to kill Castro all over land and eminent domain". How is any of this about land development and eminent domain? Do you even know what those terms mean? Third, when did I claim Republicans changed the courts? Is English your second language? Is something being lost in translation?

@arftejano2284 Democrat, Republican it doesn't make a difference anymore. Both political parties work with these real-estate developers to increase property value to increase property taxes for the city. It's documented in this video.

@NextScamdemic Did you watch this video?
2
@NextScamdemic Apparently you didn't. Watch the video, it answers your questions.
2
@NextScamdemic If you actually watched the video you'd realize your question falls into the category of why is water wet. If you watched the video you'd know why it answers your question and also disproves your idiotic apartment theory.
2
@dianevanderlinden3480 I believe you 100%. Real-Estate Developers are some of the dirtiest most underhanded con-men that I've ever met.

Taylor Black According to the news conference the mayor of Louisville, Kentucky had yesterday, he says it was a complete mistake. This is why the city of Louisville, Kentucky settled out of court so quickly. A wrongful death case usually takes 5 years.
1
Taylor Black Why don't you provide some documentation that her boyfriend was a dope boy? And of course he shot at the police, he thought the house was being broken into. That is absolutely legal in the United States.
1
Taylor Black The police didn't knock. That's why the City of Louisville settled with Brianna Taylor's family for her wrongful death. The mayor of Louisville Kentucky admitted guilt yesterday.
1
Taylor Black Not according to the mayor of Louisville Kentucky and his press conference yesterday. The City of Lewisville assumed responsibility and claimed it was an accidental death.
1
Taylor Black According to the mayor of Louisville Kentucky, yesterday, he claims that neighborhood was targeted because it was a predominantly black neighborhood.. The Louisville Kentucky mayor had an hour-long press conference yesterday. And no one said the police specifically targeted Brianna Taylor because of her race. The police specifically targeted this neighborhood because the residents are black.

Taylor Black That's not how the law works. You have to have actual evidence of a crime. In this country being Guilty By Association is that grounds for a warrant. Neither Brianna or her current boyfriend were found with drugs in their system, nor were there drugs found at the residence. We are a nation of laws, when the police violates the Constitution they need to be held accountable. They did not have grounds for that wore it. But if you know different post a link.

@dianevanderlinden3480 Without a doubt. This isn't exclusive to any one group. It just happens a lot more to predominantly black neighborhoods. During the early 2000s, real-estate developers, working with city counsels, were buying up entire neighborhoods, black and white, and building McMansions. Florida was one of the hardest states hit during the housing bubble of 2007.

@theoriginalkrabbypatty Right, of course, that's why the city of Louisville, Kentucky settled the wrongful death suit. If Brandon Tatum was correct the city never would have settled.
