  1. How can she be arrested if they're still married? If they didn't have a prenup those guns are community property. But this happened in Florida, which is an alternate universe.

  2.  discorperted  Last time I checked guns were property first, registration is only good for identification. Guns are property and that falls under community property in a marriage. The second amendment has nothing to do with community property when it comes to a husband and wife. And besides it wasn't the government that confiscated his weapons it was his wife.
