Also, China knows its Navy is not even close to being able to take on the U.S. Navy. This is why they built so many military bases/artificial islands in the South China Sea.   4. I live in Atlanta. The suburbs, bedroom communities, or larger Metro Area is Republican. ICE set up road blocks in an area called Woodstock two weeks ago. This is one of the fastest growing communities in Metro Atlanta. That means there are MASSIVE construction projects (McMansions, schools, medical facilities, shopping centers) in this area. ICE either arrested or chased off the majority of the immigrant workforce. So several of these construction projects have come to a complete halt! No carpenters, electricians, roofers, plumbers, masonry, framers, drywall installers, etc. Now these rich republicans are whining to the Trump administration. I told a guy the other day... elections have consequences. This is what YOU voted for. Tell that to the bank when they want a payment on your half-finished project.

Once the death toll started to reach historic heights, The federal Government cracked down on Oxycontin production and distribution. However, the opioid demand was still high. This is when Fentanyl took Oxycontin's place.

With enough time, manpower, and funding anyone could have done that. In Panama, you had to deal with disease, bandits, and mountainous terrain. First, the United States sent in the Army to deal with the lawlessness. Then they sent in doctors to control the disease. Then the engineers were sent in. The French gave up after they were attacked. As someone said, "another example of PZ and his fanboys being historically illiterate".

  18. Dealing with Chinese Drones? That's easy. Directed EMP Weapon. There is a reason why in the last 20 years the U.S. Navy has heavily invested in upgrading nuclear reactors (efficiency and output) on its ships. Yes, they could neutralize an EMP weapon by installing a Faraday cage on the drones... but that becomes a scaling issue. That would increase the size of each drone making them very easy targets.

They were the workforce on his real estate developments in several states! Do you remember Trump's first term in office? Trump was called out for all of the illegal workers at Mar-a-Lago. He was forced to let them go and hire legal workers at a higher pay scale!

This is why China has never tried to sell a vehicle in the United States. Keep in mind, Volvo is still engineered in Sweden. So these tariffs are basically Overkill. The Texas power grid routinely has the worst service and maintenance record in the United States. Rolling blackouts, power loss for weeks at a time due to natural disasters, and price gouging due to high demand. When Texas was hit with an ice storm and half the state lost power for three weeks, the state of Texas (Governor Abbott) tried to blame renewable energy infrastructure for failing. Then the Republican Run States of Alaska called the Governor of Texas a LIAR! Alaska has the exact same renewable energy infrastructure and has three of the same winter storms every year BUT the Alaska wind generators are WINTERIZED!

You can track the current inflationary period starting from February 2021 after Putin invaded Ukraine. Both Oil and Commodities speculators went crazy! France and Europe were slightly more technologically and medically advanced than the United States in 1904. The innovation in the United States around 1904 were radio, television, cars, electronics, and aviation. It wasn't until the breakout of World War 1 that forced the United States to go on an innovation boom. The United States had a different way of doing things. This is why Theodore Roosevelt sent the military in first to deal with the security threat in Panama. Then the medical Corps and then the engineers.

I then have to remind them that the United States was in Vietnam basically for 20 years. And we will never be engaged in a land war in Asia like Vietnam or North Korea again. If you have war-gamed a war with China, you would know that the only scenario is to cut off half of their fuel, food, and raw materials supply chain. And as a result of this, China will collapse under its own weight. CCP propaganda loses its appeal when people are starving in the streets and the leadership is well-fed and living in an ivory tower.

You can have your opinion on which side in this conflict was justified, it really doesn't matter. Let's be honest, US weapons manufacturers are only using Russian troops as test subjects for our new weapons systems. Ukraine is a pawn. If it were not for american-made weapons, tens of thousands of Russian troops would still be alive today.
