  1. I will put it like this. China has the largest Navy in the exact same way that Matchbox is the world's largest Car manufacturer. Also, China knows its Navy is not even close to being able to take on the U.S. Navy. This is why they built so many military bases/artificial islands in the South China Sea. A single Aircraft Carrier Group can take out China's entire navy.
