Each EV comes with a free mask and a reminder when your next booster shot is due.

The thing is, if you have a car that runs and is in good enough shape you take care of it and keep it running. There is no reason to upgrade when the economy is on shaky legs at best. We have yet to see the financial turmoil that is coming. It is not wise to take on an additional set of monthly payments right now. How confident are you that your employer will not be initiate a round of layoffs in the near future?

@bsimpson6204 Perfect way to prevent people from exercising a certain pesky Constitutional right.

The cost of an EV battery replacement should be a concern for anyone with a brain. You are really rolling the dice by buying a used EV. Who knows how much life is left in the battery. Car insurance is too high, there's the ever-present fire risk, and we all know the terrible wait times to fill it up. EVs are not ready for prime time.
2
Imagine you go there at 11 PM, plug in to the charger, then get in your EV and doze off while the battery is charging. Fast forward you awaken to the sound of popping, followed by smoke entering the car. You realize what is happening and open the door...but the door won't open because the computers detected a fire and shut down all systems as a precaution. We all know how quickly these EV fires spread. You really only have seconds to get out of the car before it is engulfed in flames. The odds of this happening are not zero.

There is no talking sense into someone determined to continue their mental libtardation. They are 100% invested in their religion of Global Warming, I mean Climate Change, I mean what are they calling it now?

I predict there will be an underground market for hacker mechanics who can hack into the car's computer and disable & fool all these nanny & surveillance systems embedded in modern cars.

Agenda 2030 must be implemented at all costs.

The current situation with EVs is a great example of the people collectively standing up to the government and refusing to go down the path they want us to go down. The automakers will continue to feel the financial pain if they persist down this path. Either create a product people want or go out of business. How will the unwanted EVs be disposed of in an environmentally friendly way? What is their effective lifespan once delivered to sitting on the lot? They can only sit for so many days before they degrade past the point of no return. What a hassle for employees at the dealership to periodically charge up each EV to keep the battery conditioned.

No amount of facts, real world testing, battery fires, or charging hassles will change the minds of the followers of the Church of Climate Change. Their Stage Four mental libtardation prevents them from seeing an alternate viewpoint.
1
If Deagle's population forecast for 2025 comes true then the availability & wait times to refill an EV won't be much of an issue.
1
No matter the amount of facts, evidence, and real world examples will change the minds of the followers of the Church of Climate Change. Their mental libtardation prevents them from thinking clearly.

So much mental libtardation in California.

These cheap EVs look like fires waiting to happen.
1
Perfectly logical thinking for those with mental libtardation.

It's all about implementing Agenda 2030 at all costs.

Followers of the Church of Global Warming don't care to listen to the facts.

And how about how often you will receive an alert: "Due to an unforeseen battery fire, your packaged has been delayed"?
1
EV fires and the toxic fumes they emit don't matter. Agenda 2030 must be implemented at all costs.
1
Being an elected liberal politician means never having to admit you were wrong.

So once these electric semi trucks enter into service you can expect to get a notification "Your package has been delayed" after the truck catches on fire. I expect that will become a regular occurance and because of that shipping costs will increase. People will be forced to buy the EV fire insurance on every package they want to ship or receive.

My car is a twenty one year old Grandpa car with only 74,000 miles on the odometer. Mercury Grand Marquis. These things can last a long time, and parts are cheap & easy to find. Best part of the car is it has none of the modern spy/data collection/privacy nightmare systems all the new vehicles have. Eventually cars like mine that don't have the data collection built into them will be outlawed because they don't work with Agenda 2030 and the 24/7 surveillance of the Fifteen Minute Cities. Soon, all the new vehicles will have a remote kill switch.

All great points against EVs, but you simply cannot reason with the followers of the Cult of Climate Change. Maybe before the C19 thing happened it may have been possible to get through to them, and by that I mean needle in a haystack at best, but odds are they've all since injected several doses of the Magic Juiceā¢. Don't waste your time trying to change their minds.

Tesla interiors seem so cheap and spartan. For the money can't they make a nice interior?

It seems as though EVs only work if all the people are forecefully relocated into a 24/7 Surveillance/Open Air Prison, aka Fifteen Minute City. Agenda 2030, Smart Cities, Eat Zee Bugs.

All the surveillance tech in new cars will be used to set driving limits and enforce No-Go drivining zones...such as outside your future approved FIfteen MInute City. Your mobile surveillance center will be prohibited from driving beyond certain areas, be prevented from exceeding your weekly mileage allowance, and finally be used to prevent people from driving on Sundays...to church of course. Unless that church is the Church of Satan then you'l be allowed to go there and see all your democrat friends and democrat family members.
