  1. The cost of an EV battery replacement should be a concern for anyone with a brain. You are really rolling the dice by buying a used EV. Who knows how much life is left in the battery. Car insurance is too high, there's the ever-present fire risk, and we all know the terrible wait times to fill it up. EVs are not ready for prime time.
