Read a book, write a short story, write a new song, paint, etc. Tap into your creative outlet. It's a good thing to have this perspective. Step Two: Get rid of your Zombie phone and replace it with a flip phone. You do not need to be connected 24/7. Break the addiction to that dopamine hit every time you check your messages or see if your post received any likes.
