  1. Depopulation has always been a primary goal of the Social Engineers. Two of the main goals of feminism was to destroy the birth rate and get more taxpayers into the system. Society chose to go down the feminist path to its detriment. Men have no incentive to participate especially when they see the inevtiable outcome of divorce/child support/alimony if they get married.
