  2. There is zerto oversight in how the child support money is spent. There should be strict guidelines where that money can be spent, and it should be law the woman has to show receipts for every penny.

  3. Yep. Title IV-D, Wehunt vs. Ledbetter & Blessing vs. Freestone. Child support really only exists to keep women off welfare.

  4.  @babahubbi7147  And I hope you get the only reason she has primary custody is because the courts know odds are without the Man supporting her she just might apply for welfare. See Title IV-D, Wehunt vs. Ledbetter, and Blessing vs. Freestone. WIthout the Man paying child support she wouldn't be able to afford the house she stole from her ex-husband in the divorce she initiated. All I want is for the system to be fairer to Men, as well as the woman being required to account for every penny of that child support...and be required to show receipts every month. The State of Texas is currently in the process of getting rid of no fault divorce, which is a huge win for Men & the future of marriage. Hopefully all the other Red states will follow suit.
