  3. Pooptins mentality is that the scare tactics wont keep working. His best option in order to save face is leave Russia because if the Hague does not find Pooptin then the 'save Russian battalions ' , will be looking for him AND possibly everyone in Russia who has supported Pooptins atrack on Ukraine.
