I was an exchange student in the USA in 1992 (from Italy). My English was not very good, but I still got straight A's in every class. I was a junior and they moved me to senior classes. American highschool was like elementary school for me 😂 if things only got worse from 1992, I am horrified. Plus, there already was disrespect for teachers back then (from students and parents), I was shocked.
