@lukedovey3682 I guess your country has never been occupied by another. You can not understand. Irish people understand. South Africans understand. Italians understand. Italians would be speaking German now if it wasnt for our Resistance fighters. They would be called "terrorists" today too. Instead, we celebrate them every year on April 25th.

I knew someone was going to say this 😊 well done. I am Italian, we can tell fascism from kilometers...sorry... MILES away 😂

@TonyMidyett you can not reason with people who still believe in the bible 😂

Thank you for your work. Much support from Italy ❤ Being Italy in the Mediterranean, we are more informed than Americans on the Middle East. More worried too rn 😢

@solomon5808 why Yemen?

@allanbrown3065 actually the USA is the country with the most religious cults and the weirdest ones. We are pretty sane here in Europe.

As a semi-retired freelance journalist, this wave of censorship, online but also on TV and in the press, criminalization of protests, and the assassinations of HUNDREDS of journalists... is very, very, worrying.

@pipins3616 for some people it is also about religion. For example for those American Evangelical nuts waiting for the apocalypse and the return of Jesus. Obviously it is not about religion for those in power. And it's not about religion for us Europeans, because most of us are post-religion. Religion is irrelevant for most Europeans.

@Royal.Grand.Majesty I was in Genoa in 2001, protesting against the G8 (Russia was a member back then). My generation did believe another world was possible. We all know how that went. I lost all hope for the future.

@letrichiebe my question is: why do you NEED god? The existence or not of a god or the other is irrelevant to human life.
3
@letrichiebe you did not answer me. Who created the creator?
3
@letrichiebe how do you know that? Why do you need to believe in a god? This I do not understand. You do not need to believe in a god for anything. It is not necessary or useful.
3
@letrichiebe about what? Tell me what I said that you can prove wrong. I'll wait.

@letrichiebe about what? Tell me what I said that you can prove wrong. I'll wait.
2
@letrichiebe which one? There are thousands of "gods".
2
@lioness000 you can not argue with the willfully ignorant.
2
@letrichiebe where is your proof about this creator? Who created the creator? Another creator? You see, it doesnt make sense.
2
@letrichiebe in philosophy the "creator theory" can be easily debunked. That's one reason why they do not teach philosophy in American highschools 😂 but we learn philosophy in European highschools. And that's one reason why religion is irrelevant for most Europeans.
2
@letrichiebe sorry, no god around here. I need proof.
2
@letrichiebe you talk like a crazy person.

@kandiekane. I did not know that. It has disappeared from my feed.

@Saorsa-ql I 100% agree. I am Italian, and the hate for the USA and Israel gets stronger every day here. Not just among young people. My parents are in their 70s and they are boycotting Israeli and American products too. Italians are very anti-war. Our Constitution, written after WWII, is anti-war. And many people in Europe think that the USA and Israel will bring the EU down with them if the EU won't become more indipendent. I forsee a new wave of terrorism in Europe. I hope I am wrong. But violence calls violence. And with all the violence caused by Israel in the last year, I think it will go back to them. They learned nothing from history 😢

European here! I was born in 1975, and my parents were already sick and tired of the USA and Israel back then 😂 My father refused to buy me Coca-cola when I was a child because it was the symbol of the American Empire 😂 Italian people and even most of our politicians have been supporting the Palestinian Resistance for decades. Meloni has proven to be a traitor and a puppet of the American regime. She does NOT represent the majority of Italians.

@allanbrown3065 I am an atheist, from a family of atheists. To us, all religious books are equally ridiculous. But I personally hate Christianity more than any religion because it is the one that has done more damage in my country (Italy).
1
@jchanmcse the mainstream media here in Europe like in the USA paint all ME countries as barbarians. Actually, they consider us southern Europeans barbarians too 😂 PIGS, remember? Sometimes they forget that Greece and Italy (Rome) are the founders of "Western civilisation". They also forget that the ME is really the cradle of human civilisation. They do not know history.

Ricordi "No dal Molin"? È servito a qualcosa? Mi fanno ridere i "sovranisti".

@giacomoneri1782 ho 49 anni stella.

Dove li senti??
