This is nothing new for us in Italy. Italian politics have been controlled by the USA government and CIA since post WWII. They controlled Italy's first national elections post WWII, tried to destroy PCI (Biggest comunist party in Europe at the time, and had MASSIVE people approval), terrorized Italy in the 70s with a string of bloody terrorist attacks, dragged us in many wars Italy had no business being in (many Middle East countries had/have tight and good relationships with Italy, italians have no beef with the Middle East) and so on and so on. The USA has been controlling the politics of MANY countries for decades. So why be surprised another country (Israhell) has power over the USA?

In Italy I have been protesting against wars/ invasions caused by the USA, against G8/G7 and the unfair power these 7/8 countries have over the rest of the world (so, my country Italy included), and such things since I was a teenager. I will be 49 in may, and nothing has changed.

@yendevus1747 Gladio. The name was Gladio. It was part of the stay-behind-operation. Usa (CIA) was the main actor behind the operation, but they also had help from the UK (MI6). Any other major actor I am unaware of? CIA is behind every single atrocity, act of terrorism, failed golpe, assassination, assassination attempt, etc in Italy since 1945. The Mafias and the Vatican were involved as well. The KGB was around too, but they never did any harm to Italy. In fact, I am convinced they saved us by bringing a sort of balance and helping our communist party (at least until our communist party was in good grace with the Soviets. Berlinguer criticized the Soviets many times for their methods, like their behavior in reguard to the Praga Spring, and then they were not very welcomed in Russia anymore. The Soviets also did not like Europe's brand of democratic communism that was successful in Italy, France etc). Do you know something I dont?

@yendevus1747 oh and of course, stay-behind operations using fascists and nazis to sabotage by any mean necessary the democratic, legitimate success of communism in Italy, France, Spain and many other European countries were used all over Europe. The whole continent found out when Andreotti spilled the beans after the Berlin Wall was destroyed and we thought the Cold War was over and it was all rainbows and lollypops waiting for us in the future. How naive of us.

@yendevus1747 I know. When Andreotti spilled the beans after the Berlin Wall was destroyed and we thought the cold war had ended, the whole of Europe found out There were anti-communist stay-behind operations in most European countries.
