@kylezo A better way would be to require all corporations to issue a percentage of outstanding stock to an employees' fund, which could be distributed by the employees to the employees. The percentage could increase every year until the employees own over 50% of the companie's stock. This could avoid a major selloff, which would crash the stock price.
