@maaz322 If it is a private business, then why do they allow the general public to join? Can't have it both ways. If you are open to the public, then Freedom of Speech should apply.

@jrhartley4819 People do go around with slogans about, say, Islam. Of course, it most certainly is Freedom of Speech! It's also factual. Even if it was a lie, it would still be Freedom of Speech.

@Wehcdh If the private property is open to public membership, then it becomes a public forum where Freedom of Speech should apply. The US Constitution should dictate the rules. Don't like it? Then do not open membership to the general public.

@labethspain7936 We're not talking about a restaurant. That is your strawman argument. Restaurants are not known for being public forums with thousands of participants. When a "private business" opens their online platform to the general public, then their platform becomes a public forum. Thus, the First Amendment right to Freedom of Speech applies. This is true especially by the fact that the internet is a public space. They can't have their cake and eat it too. If they want to censor, then they have to close off their platform to the general public.
