The Japanese government and volunteer organizations provide housing for the homeless, and a place to work, and if they can't work, they can get welfare, but they refuse, so I guess they just continue to be homeless of their own volition. And the number of homeless people in Japan is about 3,000, which is the smallest among developed countries. So the Japanese government is making efforts to reduce homelessness compared to the most of the countries.

The homeless population in Japan is about 4,000 people, and there are plenty of places to work in Japan, so they can quit homelessness, and the government and volunteer organizations provide temporary housing and jobs for the homeless, but they don't work and refuse it. they probably don't want to quit homelessness.
