  1. The irony of Putin wanting to put together a new USSR when the Russia he oversees is falling apart. He can’t even manage a corner shop properly and he’s looking to create a supermarket empire.

  3. He’s human. Has his faults like every other human. Taking us to the brink of nuclear conflagration with heated talk about NATO getting involved doesn’t help matters.
