  1. What I don’t quite get about all this, is that Germany has been supplying Ukraine with munitions since the beginning of this proxy war farrago; therefore, a tank or two is surely just a slight upgrade, but the principle is the same: military support for Ukraine.

  2.  @Papanza295  Escalation? Hmm. Just seems like a bunch of more munitions to me and mere semantics to quibble about the type of munition. Essentially, Ukraine has been fighting a proxy war on behalf of NATO for a year, and NATO has been supplying Ukraine with weapons for that year. All weapons are designed to maim and kill, so for me, the only difference is the slight upgrade. The principal remains the same: military backing for Ukraine.

  7.  @MinkieWinkle  I never denied Russia started it. I just said it was a proxy war; convenient in many ways (politically, economically, socially) for NATO to have Ukraine hold the front line on its behalf. S’all.
