  1. The insightful NDEs are interesting. Thousands of people have these. They are well documented. According to these, it appears we never ‘die’; we never don’t exist and have never not existed. No beginning; no end. It also appears that we have lived (and will live) quite literally thousands of human lives. The other thing to note is that this is, relatively, a plane of suffering. The Buddha said: “Life is suffering.” He was talking about human existence. But perhaps the most famous Western figure who has, for me, best encapsulated these insights and seen into reality is Walt Whitman. He has hundreds of glorious lines, one of my favourites being: “And to die is different from what anyone supposed, and luckier.” That ‘luckier’ is just glorious. Like a friendly wink at the reader 😉: “Don’t worry, pal, there’s nothing to fear.”
