I happen to think the double standards of the West in this conflict are staggering. America, along with its partners, has the most prolific record of any country on this planet in terms of actual invasion and/or the overturning of democratically elected governments. What Russia is doing, invading another self-governing, sovereign nation, is wrong, but what about the dozens of times the West has done this? In the last 40 years alone America’s record is: 1. They’d do so anyway, with or without Article 5, for if America had any inkling that Europe was going to be taken over by Russia, do you honestly think they would sit back and let that happen?
