  1. Until the bodycam footage is made public, on the fence about this. If he did drive his car at police, then there is an argument that the officer was acting in self-defence. However, if he was, albeit wrongly, just driving away from the police to escape them, then obviously this doesn’t warrant a bullet. Sooner they release this footage the better.

  3.  @20alphabet  That’s beside the point. My stance is that if he did drive the car at police, then self-defence is admissible. If he didn’t, and in no other way threatened the safety of this policeman, then I can see no justification for shooting him.
