Yes, we demand justice and holding those who violate the Constitution accountable!

There was a week long series of legal proceedings ( do your homework) and a verdict rendered and confirmed by a higher court which also labelled his as an insurrectionist and holding an office where he swore to uphold the Constitution!
5
Why would that be the right thing, makes no sense!
5
Doesn't have to be, this has been proven all week, where have you been?
5
@diegojines-us9pc NO, just stop, you are making of fool of yourself, let it go, also, your comments make no sense!

What are you people talking about, Trump has NO chance in a general, NONE!
3
@vijayanbalasubramanian8837 Truish, but the persons who brought the lawsuit were mostly Republican, needs to be told!
3
@BlakesSpace86 Thanks for the explanation, so many replying in here just don't get it. They also weren't informed about who brought the lawsuit!
2
There was, do your homework, week long series of legal proceedings!
2
@blintzkreig1638 Why would I go after them, their roles are to administer justice!
2
@diegojines-us9pc IF so, then why are they taking this to the Supreme Court, I think what is creating all these discrepancies is, in this case. someone being disqualified for their conduct, though they don't use that word specifically!
2
@doug3066 yes, doesn't have to be a charge, this has been explained all week long , like the week they held the hearings in Colorado!
2
Sorry, can't say that, bye!
1
Think you are spreading guessing jam!
1
Then you don't understand the law or following the Constitution!
1
@StephenSmith-fz8fb I just told you there was due process, best look up the term and all that was exposed that long week of LEGAL PROCEDURES!
1
A person who doesn't speak the Truth, over 30, 000 lies in just 4 years, is not a true president or a moral person, needs to face the Consequences!
1
Then she is wasting her time, Trump couldn't win a race for dogcatcher of Maralago!
1
@caseylance3985 haha, those polls are worthless, take your own, we have and Trump was abandoned by so many voters after January 6th and all these indictments and charges!
1
It is being stopped, the individual (one) who tried to overturn the election and tried to overthrow a duly elected government (definition of a traitor) is being held accountable!
1
Yes, you can write him in, but it won't count, why would you want to anyways, he's an insurrectionist and a violater of the Constitution!
1
Not if they are not legally on the ballot or have been disqualified!
1
@sl4983 NO
1
@sl4983 So what do they mean, don't get it, type out words if you have something to offer!
1
This keeps getting told, but there is a word that defines democracy!
1
@marcusgarvey6231 haha
1
@lloydames8752 They just proved him guilty and disqualified him from the ballot. What is wrong with you people. OK, who won the last presidential election, let's get real!
1
@larryfranklin I know that, but it wasn't a conviction but a disqualification, so what are you implying, don't get it?
1
@tracyripple Well, I understand what you are explaining and I was doing the same just not meshing the two judgments together. So we, can't find the word "conviction " in this ruling. A Colorado judge on Friday allowed Donald Trump to remain on the ballot in the state's election next year, but found that he "engaged in insurrection" by sparking the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol by his supporters. The ruling from Judge Sarah Wallace, which is almost certain to be appealed, rejects a bid by a group of Colorado voters to disqualify Trump under a rarely used amendment to the U.S. Constitution that bars officials who have engaged in "insurrection" from holding federal office.
