  6.  @shanethompson7878  NO, it can't, followed this issue intently back then and wrote 3 articles on it. The laptop can't be used legally, but it can be used to discover evidence, got it. Data can be manipulated or sent to it and at least 4 sets of people and authorities handled it. So, shut up, when you are not knowledgeable on an issue, like me and my Communications Law committee. Finally, was going to write a follow up article since this issue was over 4 years old, but was told that this matter was old news and not worthy of any more coverage!
