  1. My opinion is thus. Direct fire support is not obsolete. But I'm starting to think 50 tons of armour is. If passive armour no longer works, ditch it for mobility and active defense. You can still kill enemy tanks and provide fire support. Shooting first wins, not eating rounds Focus on realtime tactical intelligence, find the enemy and kill them first.
