  2. ... OK, body armour. Why don't we make ammo with explosively formed penetrators? Like tank HEAT rounds. They don't really on kinetic energy from the launcher so you could make 5.56 rounds. They'd penetrate 56mm of steel armour. Why's nobody done that?
