  1. Corruption and bureaucracy is endemic in certain types of States, dictatorships mostly, like China and the old Soviet. Or Religious States. Many nations here in Western Europe, well we have our States run things just fine. Strangely, the USA also seems to suffer somewhat from bureaucracy and corruption. Not sure why.
