  1. Ukraine is absolutely desperate for more 'protected transport' for infantry, these will be a god send. Fast, stealthy and proof against near misses with artillery. But no, these are not 'fighting vehicles' and should not be used as them. For quickly moving blocks of infantry between hotspots while defending and moving troops from the front lines to rear areas for various reasons quickly and without guys getting wiped by artillery.
