  1. Stacking the court means adding more justices which Republicans did not do. Yes, they have a majority of conservatives on the court. What you desire at this time is for Democrats to stack the court with liberals. Stacking by conservatives is evil while stacking for liberals is good.

  2. The EPA was originally started under President Richard Nixon. Republicans believe many of these organizations have over stepped their authority which Thom Hartman interprets as Republicans want to eliminate them. All Thom has to do is say "What if" or "Imagine This", and most of his followers interpret that as "Already Is", and "Absolute Truth".
